Frozen sourdough bread.
Any type of sourdough bread:
White Sourdough bread
Wholemeal sourdough bread
Multi-seed sourdough bread
Or
Any flavoured sourdough (Cranberry cashew, fig walnut et.)
To defrost a sourdough bread, follow these steps:
Leave the bread at room temperature for a few hours or until it is completely thawed. Do not use a microwave to defrost the bread, as this can cause it to become tough and chewy.
Once the bread is thawed, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the bread directly on the oven rack and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until it is heated through and the crust is crisp.
Ingredients: White Wheat Flour (with added Calcium Carbonate, Nicotinamide, Iron and Thiamine), Wholemeal Wheat Flour, water, salt.
